Built for local Providers.
My Corner gives skilled local providers a clearer route to customers who already need their expertise — from incoming requests to accepted work, safer job hand-offs and reputation that grows with every completed job.

Providers should not have to spend all their time chasing uncertain leads. When residents need help, My Corner turns that need into a structured request that can reach the provider experience with the job type, broad area and preferred timing already visible.
A clear response for both parties to understand.
When a provider is ready to take the job, My Corner gives them a dedicated response screen. The move from Viewed to Accepted then becomes immediately visible to both sides.
When the provider is ready to take the job.
My Corner gives the provider a dedicated response screen so they can confirm that they can help and tell the requester when they can make it to their home.
Both parties see the request status update in real time.
Sensitive details appear when the job reaches the right stage.
After acceptance, the hand-off needs more structure than a private address sent too early. My Corner keeps precise location information inside the authorised job flow and makes the provider's progress visible as the session moves forward.
Job Safety Session
For providers, the Job Safety Session is one continuous hand-off — from protecting information before arrival to creating evidence and accountability once the in-person job begins.
Protect first.
Keep sensitive information restricted until the accepted provider reaches the right stage of the job.
The hand-off: agree the work, the price, then begin.
The requester and provider are now physically together. The provider can assess the job, both parties agree the scope of work and the price, and then the in-person confirmation moves the job into an active session. In the intended payment flow, the agreed funds are held while the job is active and released after both parties acknowledge completion, with an exception route required for disputes or non-response.
Confirm. Record. Continue.
Turn the in-person meeting into an active My Corner job session with clear confirmation and completion evidence.
Safety before the job. Accountability once it begins.
The design is intended to reduce unnecessary exposure of exact location information before the visit, confirm that the expected provider has actually arrived, connect the in-person job to a specific My Corner request, and create completion evidence afterwards. These controls strengthen the record around the job; they do not guarantee conduct or remove the need for personal judgement.
Trusted Hire changes what hiring local help can look like.
Instead of a name passed around with little context, Trusted Hire connects the important moments: who you are considering, what evidence exists, what you requested, whether the provider responded, how the in-person job begins, how it ends and what the customer says afterwards. The ambition is to make informed choice and accountability the default rather than the exception.
Verified-job reviews turn completed work into reputation.
When a My Corner job is completed, the requester can review the service they actually received. For a provider, strong work can therefore become visible evidence tied to a confirmed platform job — not just an unsupported testimonial.
Completed job → customer review → verified-job evidence → stronger information for the next hiring decision.
